2023-2024 Academic Calendar For Double Track SHS: The double-track system was introduced in 2018 to accommodate the increasing number of students in SHS. The system divides students into two tracks: green and gold. Green track students attend school from September to December and then go on break until June. Gold Track students attend school from January to April and then go on break until September.

SHS 1 students will have their first semester from December 4th, 2023, to March 5th, 2024.
SHS 2 students will have their first semester from March 8th, 2024, to May 9th, 2024.
SHS 3 students will have their first semester from January 2nd, 2024, to March 28th, 2024.
SHS 1 students will have their second semester from May 13th, 2024, to July 9th, 2024.
SHS 2 students will have their second semester from July 12th, 2024, to November 15th, 2024.
SHS 3 students will have their second semester from April 17th, 2024, to August 23rd, 2024.

The academic year for SHS 1 and SHS 2 students starts on December 4th, 2023,, and ends on November 15th, 2024.
The academic year for SHS 3 students starts on January 2nd, 2024,, and ends on August 23rd, 2024.
Each semester is 12 weeks long.
There is a 2-week break between semesters.
There is a 3-month break at the end of the academic year.
